BRENDAN AHERN

FOUNDER/CEO

Brendan hails from an entrepreneurship background. His father and mother both are very successful entrepreneurs in their own right. Brendan was born and raised in La Jolla, CA. He attended Southern Methodist University, where he played linebacker on the football team. He received his B.A. from SMU in 2012. From there, he spent 3 years working in financial planning post graduation. He then transitioned to working for his father's Agriculture Technology firm, Ahern Agribusiness. While working for AA, Brendan lived and worked throughout Mexico, executing his business in Spanish. In 2018, Brendan received his M.B.A. from The Rady School of Management at UC San Diego. While at Rady, he cultivated his vision for what would become AMV, Inc. At the end of 2018, Brendan founded AMV, Inc. From that point, he has worked tirelessly to get the company to where it is today. Brendan believes in uplifting people, putting smiles on peoples faces. So he was determined to have a company with that exact mission, to make people smile!

SAGAR RASAM

CTO

Sagar is the leader of our engineering team. He is the first of his family to leave Mumbai, India to live, study, and work in the United States. Sagar received his B.E.M.E from the University of Mumbai in 2015. Shortly thereafter, he received his M.ENGG from the Pennsylvania State College of Engineering. After graduation, Sagar became part of the Penn State faculty as an Adjunct Professor of Computational Aided Design & Analysis. In 2021, Sagar joined AMV, Inc. as Chief Technology Officer. Since that time, he has been instrumental in the development of our Churroboto system. Sagar is a tireless worker, always embodying the mission of AMV, to make people smile. His contributions and leadership to our engineering team have been immeasurable. He has guided our collaboration with our strategic partners, Cambridge Consultants and Synapse Product Development. On top of that, Sagar has overseen the use and allocation of resources with regards to engineering development. We could not be happier to have Sagar leading our team of engineers!

ILYA PETROV

Electrical Engineer

Ilya is our electrical engineering specialist at AMV, Inc. Ilya is originally from Moscow, Russia and is a first-generation immigrant to the United States. Ilya hails from great entrepreneurial stock as his father founded and operates one of the most successful HVAC companies in Russia. Ilya received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Jacobs School of Engineering at UC San Diego in 2020. Immediately following his undergraduate degree, Ilya transitioned into his M.S. in Electrical Engineering program at The Jacobs School of Engineering at UC San Diego. Ilya has been instrumental in the programming/wiring/communication of the automated and robotic systems used in the Churroboto system. He is an industrial automation specialist. Beyond that, Ilya is a natural born leader. He works tirelessly to support the organization and deliver elite level results. Ilya is a tremendous human being who brings his natural positivity and to the team. He is steadfast in his pursuit of the mission of AMV, Inc. We could not be happier that Ilya is a critical member of our organization.
